Daily Routine

Push-ups:０

Standing with one leg　：１０ minutes each

I could keep no-smoking for two years and 155 days in a row.
It's beautifully sunny with little wind today and maybe one of the best days to go
out somewhere.
Although the pain in my elbow was about to disappear, actually there is still some
pain here....the pain has got back.
Now I've begun to doubt that the pain will completely disappear some day.
I'm really worried about it.
Anyway I know I have to be patient.
