Daily Routine

Push-ups:０
Walking: ０ minutes
Standing with one leg　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０

I kept no-smoking for two years and 145 days in a row.
It's fourty-five days since I stopped doing push-ups due to the pain in my right
elbow and shoulder.
The pain is actually still here but a very little.
I'm afraid that the dindle in my right index finger doesn't seem to getting milder.
It may take several more weeks for the symptoms to be cured.
Anyway I really have to be patient against my hope of resuming push-ups.
I'm going to go to a rehabilitation facility today before the four-consecutive-
holiday period begins.
