通販で購入した玄米30キロが届きました。宅配便スタッフは、両手に抱えて玄関の中まで運んでくれました。

そこから、僕は所定の場所まで持ち上げて運びましたが、30キロの重さに老体を痛感しました。

玄米の付録、米びつ当番には唐辛子が入っているのですね。

I received 30kg of brown rice that I purchased online. The courier staff held it in both hands and carried it to the front door.
