I have been able to do without smoking for twelve years
and one hundred and five day in a row.
I was able to keep more than 9-time push-ups for the
three years and eighty-ninth consecutive day including
the most recent thirteen days of 22-time push-ups.

It was quite cloudy while I was riding my bike on my
way to the workplace, but now, very happily, it is
sunny with a lot of sunlight.
I am sure that the weather has taken a turn for the better.
Days when the temperatures are much higher than usual
are continuing and I am very afraid that the season for
cherry blossoms may be much shorter than usual.

I have been able to keep smoke-free for twelve years

I was able to keep 22-time push-ups for the twelfth
successive day and greater than 9-time push-ups for
the three years and eighty-eighth straight day.

It was raining slightly while I was riding my bike on
my way to the workplace, but very fortunately, it was
so slight that I didn't have to wear raincoats.
And now it is quite overcast and dark.

Congratulations on the Samurai Japan's WBC win,
which is the third time.
I have to pay respect for manager Hideki Kuriyama's
unspeakably great commitment.

I have been able to be a non-smoker for twelve years
and one hundred and two days in a row.
I was able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for the
three years and eighty-sixth consecutive day including
the latest ten days of 22-time push-ups.

It is sunny and sometimes cloudy in Nagoya and I feel
that it is a little cold.
According to the weather reports on the Internet, I
am afraid that Nagoya will see rainfall in the afternoon.
Anyway, I am very happy that I saw some cherry blossoms
on the cherry trees on my way to the workplace, and so,
I have to enjoy them along the Yamazaki-gawa riverside
next week for the first time in four years.

It has been twelve years and one hundred days in a row
since I quit smoking.
I was able to keep 22-time push-ups for the eighth
successive day and over 9-time push-ups for the three
years and eighty-fourth straight day.

Completely unlike yesterday, it is beautifully sunny
in Nagoya and there are perfectly no clouds in the blue
skies although I feel that it is a little cold.
I enjoyed some beer last night for the first time since
January 1st or Gantan.
And I am sure that moderate drinking can release my stress.
