I have been able to keep smoke-free for twelve years
and ninety-three days in a row.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups by one
time to 22 times yesterday and kept over 9-time push-ups
for the three years and seventy-seventh straight day.

Today again, it is greatly sunny in Nagoya and it is
much warmer than usual March days with the current
temperature of as high as 18.2 degrees, which is
unbelievably high.
I have noticed that the buds on the cherry trees on my
way to the workplace have begun turning a little yellowish.
According to the latest prediction, Nagoya will see the
beginning of cherry blossoms on March 18th.....
Well, I have already decided not to be surprised.
