Twelve years and ninety-eight days in a row have passed
since I was able to rid myself of my smoking habit.
I was able to keep more than 9-time push-ups for the
three years and eighty-second consecutive day including
the most recent six days of 22-time push-ups.

It is cloudy and sometimes sunny in Nagoya today, but I
do not feel that it is very cold.
It is no wonder because the current temperature is as
high as about 15 degrees.
I have noticed that some of the buds on the chrerry tress
on my way to the workplace have finally start turning
pinkish.
I also have to start making a plan to go cherry blossom
viewing.

I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for
twelve years and ninety-five days in a row.
I was able to keep 22-time push-ups for the third
successive day and greater than 9-time push-ups for the
three years and seventy-ninth straight day.

Completely unlike yesterday, it is greatly sunny again
in Nagoya with the predicted highest temperature of 18
degrees, up 8 degrees from yesterday.
The cherry buds on my way to the workplace are steadily
swelling and apparently turning greenish.
I am sure that the long-awaited season for cherry blossoms
is just around the corner.

the latest two days of 22-time push-ups.

It had been raining in Nagoya since early this morning.
I was very unlucky because I had to wear a pair of rain
coats while riding my bike on my way to the workplace,
and it stopped raining just about 15 minutes after I
left home.....I should have waited at home for it to
stop raining....I know that I can do nothing about weather.
