I have been able to be a non-smoker for twelve years
and one hundred and two days in a row.
I was able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for the
three years and eighty-sixth consecutive day including
the latest ten days of 22-time push-ups.

It is sunny and sometimes cloudy in Nagoya and I feel
that it is a little cold.
According to the weather reports on the Internet, I
am afraid that Nagoya will see rainfall in the afternoon.
Anyway, I am very happy that I saw some cherry blossoms
on the cherry trees on my way to the workplace, and so,
I have to enjoy them along the Yamazaki-gawa riverside
next week for the first time in four years.
