Push-ups ：２２ times
Walking　：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
Jogging-on-the-spot　： ０ minutes


It has been twelve years and one hundred days in a row
since I quit smoking.
I was able to keep 22-time push-ups for the eighth
successive day and over 9-time push-ups for the three
years and eighty-fourth straight day.

Completely unlike yesterday, it is beautifully sunny
in Nagoya and there are perfectly no clouds in the blue
skies although I feel that it is a little cold.
I enjoyed some beer last night for the first time since
January 1st or Gantan.
And I am sure that moderate drinking can release my stress.
