Twelve years and ninety days in a row have passed since
I broke my bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep 21-time push-ups for the eleventh
consecutive day and at least 10-time push-ups for the
three years and seventy-fourth successive day.

Today again, it is greatly sunny in Nagoya with plenty
of sunlight although weather ladies say that the weather
is going to take a turn for the worse.
I went to the Nagoya Agricultural Center "dela Farm"
yesterday and really enjoyed peach blossoms in full bloom,
which are really stunningly beautiful.
There were so many people there and I felt that I was lucky
to have already contracted and recovered from the covid-19.
