I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for
twelve years and eighty-eight days in a row.
I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the three
years and seventy-second straight day including the
most recent nine days of 21-time push-ups.

It is completely sunny in Nagoya and there are no clouds
in the blue skies with plenty of sunlight.
Recently I have noticed that I feel that my body is heavy
while I am doing push-ups though I do not know the reason.
Anyway, it must be good for me that much warmer days will
continue for one week, and now I am planning to go out
to enjoy peach blossoms in the very near future.
