It has been twelve years and eighty-three days in a
row since I shook off a bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the three
years and sixty-seventh straight day including the
most recent four days of 21-time push-ups.

It is quite cloudy in Nagoya today and the north wind
was a little strong and I feel it is pretty cold.
Because of the north wind, it was easy for me to ride
my bike on my way to the workplace since the wind was
a following wind.
On the other hand, I'm afraid it should be a headwind
on my way back.
