Push-ups：１１ times
Walking: a total of ９５ minutes
Standing with one leg　：１２ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

It has been four years and ninety-one days in a row since I quit smoking.
I was able to keep over 10-time push-ups for the fifth straight day
including the most recent two days of 11 times.
It's quite cloudy in Nagoya and just like weather reports it looks like
it's going to start raining pretty soon.
I made a mistake yesterday.
I said it'll get much colder on Wednesday....but I was wrong.
It'll get much colder tomorrow and what's worse, it'll be midwinter-like.
Very unfortunately, weather officials say it may be snowy in Nagoya....OH, MY!
