Walking: a total of ４０ minutes
Standing with one leg　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

I was able to keep no-smoking for four years and ninety-two days in a row.
I also was able to keep 11-time push-ups for the third consecutive day and
over 9-time push-ups for the sixth successive day.
Actually, it's cold and windy but sometimes sunny in Nagoya.
Weahter reports say it'll be snowy after 3 p.m. today and tomorrow's lowest
temperature will be one degree.
I really hope this wintry cold is the last ordeal before cherry blossoms.
