Daily Routine

Push-ups：１０ times
Walking: a total of ４０ minutes
Standing with one leg　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

Four years and ninety days in a row have passed since I kicked smoking.
I tried increasing the number of push-ups by just one time to 11 times
and kept over 10-time push-ups for the fourth successive day.
It's greatly sunny and there are few clouds in the blue sky with temperatures
of around 16 degrees just like one of the typical spring days.
On such a nice day, I'd like to go somewhere to enjoy a walking.
But.....we'll really have to be careful because weather forecasts say
it'll be one of the typical mid-winter days on Wednesday.
