I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for five years and 167 days in a row.
I was able to keep 21-time push-ups for the seventh successive day
and more than 13-time push-ups for the 52nd straight day.

It's sunny and sometimes cloudy in Nagoya, and actually hot again.
I hope that my right knee will completely recover as soon as possible,
but actually still a very little pain is there.
I've come to feel that the uncomfortable feeling in my right knee might
not disappear for the rest of my life.
I may have to stop being negative.....
