Five years and 151 days in a row have passed since I quit smoking.
I was able to keep over 13-time push-ups for the 36th straight day
including the latest ten days of 19-time push-ups.

It's sunny and I feel it's not so cold despite yesterday's weather
forecast which said it would be very hot today.
The pain I got about one week ago is still here but it's very little.
I may have to try doing a 40+40-minute walking and I really hope
nothing will happen to my right knee.
Anyway, impatience must be a big no-no.
I know I have to be patient.
