I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for five years and 162 days in a row.
I was able to keep 21-time push-ups for the second successive day and
over 13-time push-ups for the 47th straight day.
It's greatly sunny in Nagoya again but I feel it's a little hot for doing a walking.
But I have to do a total of 80-minute walking today as part of bringing my knee
back into good condition.
Actually, finally I've begun feeling my right knee is getting better and better
though still very little numbness is here.
I really hope I can completely recover from the pain and numbness as soon as possible.
