Walking：０ minutes

I was able to keep no-smoking for five years and 153 days in a row.
I really managed to increase the number of push-ups by just one time to
20 times and kept over 13-time push-ups for the 38th straight day.

It was raining early this morning but now it's stopped and quite cloudy.
It looks like it's going to start raining pretty soon but I, if possible,
would like to go out to one of Mac restaurants to do reproduction practice.
Weather reports say it'll be rainin again in Nagoya tomorrow, so I think
I have to do a short walking today.
Anyway, I have to cautiously and steadily prepare for a long-distance walking.
