Five years and 145 days in a row have passed since I shook off a bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep over 13-time push-ups for the 30th straight day including
the latest four days of 19-time push-ups.

It's greatly sunny again in Nagoya but actually I feel it's a little hot.
The lowest temperature was 13 degrees and the forecasted highest temperature
is 27 degrees, which means the temperature difference will be 14 degrees.
This figure could have a tough influence on my body.
Even so I had better do a walking to prepare for a planned long-distance walking.
Anyway, I'll have to be careful about dehydration.
