大学院生の皆さんには馴染みがないかもしれませんが、この唄は北海道出身のフォークデュオ『ふきのとう』が２７年前に発表したもの（『北窓をあけて』）。昭和の香りが漂う歌詞ですね。

 

低温研のお隣に『モデルバーン』があるのですが、その片隅にふきのとうを発見。

 

本州のものと比べて一回り大きいですね。と言うことは、昭和のフォークデュオ『ふきのとう』がイメージした「ふきのとう」と内地に人たちのそれとは乖離があるのかもしれません。

 

それはともかく、『ふきのとう』は、さらに春の喜びともに軽やかに歌う。

　そこに今がないことに　気づくだけだから

　コートを脱いで　少し心を軽くして

　夢中になれる何かを　皆探している?

 

春ですね。
