種ばかりになったその木の下で
落ち葉を掃き集めていた人がいた。
大切な何かを
懸命にかき集めているかのように。
はらはらとその人の頬を伝う涙が
降り出した雨と一緒に
大地に沁み込んでいった…。
それから凍てつく冬が来て、
やがて春になり、
こぶしは今年も花を咲かせた。
木いっぱいに白い花を。
その人と大切な人との
遠い思い出を刻んで…。
見上げれば青い空。
