I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking
for thirteen years and one hundred days in a row.
I was able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for
the two hundred and fourth straight day including
the most recent fifteen days of 23-time push-ups.

Although yesterday's weather forecasts said it
would be sunny in Nagoya, it is now actually quite
overcast and I feel that it is pretty dark.
It looks like it is going to start raining soon.
Anyway, happily, I have noticed that the buds on
the cherry trees in a park on my way to the
workplace have begun turning colors to be a little
greenish at the tip of them.
One certain thing is that I can enjoy cherry blossoms
very soon.

I have been able to do without smoking for thirteen
years and ninety-nine days in a row.
I was able to keep 23-time push-ups for the
fourteenth consecutive day and over 9-time push-ups
for the two hundred and third successive day.

It is beautifully sunny in Nagoya and there are
almost no clouds in the blue sky.
This morning's lowest temperature was as high as 8.3
degrees, up almost 4 degrees from yesterday, and now
it is around 16 degrees.
According to the latest prediction of cherry blossom
opening, they will start blooming on March 22nd, two
days later than initially expected.
Even so, the season for cherry blossoms is just
around the corner.

I was able to keep more than 9-timepush-ups for

the latest twelve days of 23-time push-ups.

It is beautifully sunny in Nagoya today with the
predicted highest temperature of 16 degrees.
However, this morning was very cold with the
lowest temperature of 1.9 degrees, down about
4 degrees from the yesterday's record.
I guess that is why I have felt my body is pretty
heavy to the extent that I feel I may have had a
cold.
Finally, weather ladies have started saying that
Nagoya will see this year's first cherry blossoms
on March 20th...only in 6 days.

I was able to keep 23-time push-ups for the
eleventh consecutive day and greater than 9-time
push-ups for the two hundredth successive day.

Completely unlike yesterday when it rained heavily,
it is greatly sunny in Nagoya with plenty of
sunlight, but actually it is very windy, which
made it pretty difficult for me to take a walk
especially on a bridge.
Although the current temperature is 12 degrees,
actually I feel cold as if I were in the middle of
winter, so I really have to be careful not to catch
a cold.
