It has been thirteen years and one hundred and
five days in a row since I stopped smoking.
I was able to keep more than 9-time push-ups for
the two hundred and ninth straight day including
the latest twenty days of 23-time push-ups.

Although there are some clouds in the blue sky,
it is sunny in Nagoya.
However, the lowest temperature this morning
was 0.3 degrees, unbelievably cold for a late
March day.
I think that this cold weather may delay the
cherry blossoms from blooming.
Anyway I need warmth of spring now.
