I have been able to keep smoke-free for thirteen
years and one hundred and ten days in a row.
I was able to keep 9-time push-ups for the two
hundred and fouteenth straight day including the
most recent twenty-five days of 23-time push-ups.

Completely unlike these past several days, it is
greatly and beautifully sunny in Nagoya for the
first time in a long time.
There are almost no clouds in the blue skies with
the current temperature of 16.2 degrees, which
made me take off three items of winter clothing
while I was enjoying a total of 80-minute walking
in the morning.
I know very well cherry blossoms are now about
to bloom.
