cheese ball　：チーズボール◆いろいろなチーズを混ぜ合わせて直径5センチ
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　から10センチのボールにし、表面にトッピング
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　をする。クリスマスなど人が集まったときに
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　クラッカーと一緒に食べる。

It has been thirteen years and ninety-three days
since I gave up smoking.
I was able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for
the one hundred and ninety-seventh straight day
including the most recent eight days of 23-time
push-ups.

It is fairly sunny in Nagoya today with some clouds
in the blue sky and I can enjoy plenty of sunlight.
But, actually, I feel it is colder than yesterday
although the current temperature is higher than the
same time yesterday.
And I feel that my body is heavier than usual though
I do not know the reason.
Anyway I cannot stand this cold anymore.
I have been completely fed up with winter cold for
a very long time.
