I have been able to be a non-smoker for thirteen
years and eighty-six days in a row.
I was able to return the number of push-ups to 23
times and keep over 9-time push-ups for the one
hundred and ninetieth successive day.

Very surprisingly, the lowest temperature of my
hometown this morning was minus 0.5 degrees, which
I guess was the lowest morning this year.
It must be abnormal for a day in March in Nagoya.
I really know that spring warmth is just around
the corner, so I am sure that I will miss this
midwinter-like cold weather.
