I have been able to be a non-smoker for thirteen
years and ninety-six days in a row.
I was able to keep 23-time push-ups for the
eleventh consecutive day and greater than 9-time
push-ups for the two hundredth successive day.

Completely unlike yesterday when it rained heavily,
it is greatly sunny in Nagoya with plenty of
sunlight, but actually it is very windy, which
made it pretty difficult for me to take a walk
especially on a bridge.
Although the current temperature is 12 degrees,
actually I feel cold as if I were in the middle of
winter, so I really have to be careful not to catch
a cold.
