I have been able to keep smoke-free for thirteen
years and eighty-seven days in a row.
I was able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for
the one hundred and ninety-first straight day
including the most recent two days of 23-time
push-ups.

It is cloudy now in Nagoya but actually it is not
so dark despite so many clouds in the sky, maybe
because the clouds are not rain clouds.
However, it is pretty cold and honestly I do not
feel well today.
I am afraid that I might have caught a cold somewhere
yesterday.
The only one good thing is that I feel like the buds
of the cherry trees on my way to the workplace are
faintly tinged with green.
