I have been able to be a non-smoker for thirteen
years and one hundred and eight days in a row.
I was able to keep 23-time push-ups for the twenty-
third consecutive day and over 9-time push-ups
for the two hundred and twelfth successive day.

It has been raining in Nagoya since early this
morning, but actually it must have been very
lucky that I did not have to wear a pair of
rain coats while riding my bike on my way to the
workplace as it was very slightly raining.
Anyway, it has been abnormally cold in Nagoya
for these past several days, so I really have to
be careful not to catch a cold.

It has been thirteen years and one hundred and
five days in a row since I stopped smoking.
I was able to keep more than 9-time push-ups for
the two hundred and ninth straight day including
the latest twenty days of 23-time push-ups.

Although there are some clouds in the blue sky,
it is sunny in Nagoya.
However, the lowest temperature this morning
was 0.3 degrees, unbelievably cold for a late
March day.
I think that this cold weather may delay the
cherry blossoms from blooming.
Anyway I need warmth of spring now.

Thirteen years and one hundred and three days
have passed since I broke free from cigarettes.
I was able to keep 23-time push-ups for the
eighteenth consecutive day and greater than 9-
time push-ups for the two hundred and eighth
successive day.

It has been raining since late at night yesterday
in Nagoya and it is still raining but it is a
light rain.
I feel pretty cold now, and it is no wonder
because the current temperature is 6.2 degrees,
which I think is very low for this time of year.
Even so, I saw the buds on the cherry trees in
a park on the way to the workplace have swollen
and their tips are starting to turn white.
I cannot wait, but being teased is also a pleasure.
