Thirteen years and ninety-two days have passed
since I quit smoking.
I was able to keep 23-time push-ups for the seventh
consecutive day and over 9-time push-ups for the
one hundred and ninety-sixth successive day.

It is pretty overcast in Nagoya today and I think
it is pretty dark, so I only enjoy sunlight once
in a while, and that's why I feel it is cold.
I went to Nagoya Agricultural Center or Dela
Farm yesterday.
I wanted to enjoy Japanese apricot blossoms, but
I should have visited the center at an much
earlier date.
The apricot trees were in full bloom on the same
day last year, but this year, they have almost gone.
Well, even so, I should at least be able to look
forward to seeing them next year.
