Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
Jogging-on-the-spot　： ０ minutes


Twelve years and ninety-eight days in a row have passed
since I was able to rid myself of my smoking habit.
I was able to keep more than 9-time push-ups for the
three years and eighty-second consecutive day including
the most recent six days of 22-time push-ups.

It is cloudy and sometimes sunny in Nagoya today, but I
do not feel that it is very cold.
It is no wonder because the current temperature is as
high as about 15 degrees.
I have noticed that some of the buds on the chrerry tress
on my way to the workplace have finally start turning
pinkish.
I also have to start making a plan to go cherry blossom
viewing.
