Ten years and one hundred and thirty-two days in a row have
passed since I overcame my bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the one year
and one hundred and sixteenth consecutive day including the
latest three days of 22-time push-ups.

It is greatly sunny in Nagoya with plenty of sunlight with
the current temperature of as high as 18 degrees although it
was pretty cold this morning with the lowest temperature of
as low as 8.9 degrees.
Weather ladies say that Nagoya will see this year's first
Natsu-bi with the predicted temperature of 25 degrees.
The daily range of temperature will be 16 degrees....OMG!
