I have been able to do without smoking for ten years and
one hundred and thirty-seven days in a row.
I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the one year
and one hundred and twenty-first consecutive day including
the latest eight days of 22-time push-ups.

It is greatly and beautifully sunny in Nagoya.
I feel that it is really crisp and little wonder the current
temperature is 20.5 degrees with the predicted highest
temperatue of 22 degrees, which I think is really perfect
weather condition.
The canker pain is still here, but happily, I really feel
that the pain is getting milder and milder.
