I have been able to be a non-smoker for ten years and one
hundred and eighteen days in a row.
I was able to keep greater than 9-time push-ups for the one
year and one hundred and second successive day including the
latest eight days of 20-time push-ups.

It is a little cloudy in Nagoya and I feel that it is pretty
cold with the current temperature of 13.8 degrees.
I wore a winter jacket while riding my bike on my way to the
workplace in the morning.
Very unfortunately, I have got internal bleeding in my right
big toe and I have decided to stop doing physical exercise
including jogging-on-the-spot and standing on one foot.
I really hope that the symptoms will disappear as soon as
possible to resume preparation for a long-distance walking.
