Ten years and one hundred and fifteen days in a row have passed
since I stopped smoking.
I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the one year and
ninety-ninth successive day including the most recent five days
of 20-time push-ups.

It is a little cloudy in Nagoya and I feel that the air is just
a little cold despite the current temperature of 17.8 degrees.
The cherry trees have begun leafing out, which means the season
for cherry blossoms this year is about to come to an end.
I well know that the season of fresh greenery is also crisp.
Anyway, I'll start preparation for a long-distance walking.
