I have been able to be a non-smoker for ten years and one
hundred and twenty-six days in a row.
I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the one year
and tenth successive day including the latest eight days
of 21-time push-ups.

Completely unlike yesterday, it is greatly and beautifully
sunny in Nagoya with the lowest temperature of as high as
14.8 degrees and the predicted highest temperature of as
high as 23 degrees.
However, I will have to be careful because weather ladies
said last nihgt that it will get chilly this evening.
I really have to guard against catching a cold at a time
when the fourth big wave of the coronavirus pandemic is
just around the corner in Nagoya.
