I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for eight years and
one hundred and twenty-nine days in a row.
I wa able to keep greater than 20-time push-ups for the twenty-third
straight day including the latest ten days of 24-time push-ups.

It was quite cloudy in Nagoya in the morning and while I was riding
my bike, I was caught in a sudden rain on my way to the workplace.
The rain is getting heavier and heavier now, and I've decided not to
do a planned walking.
This might be good timing because honestly I've felt my legs are tired.

twenty-eight days in a row.
I was able to keep 24-time push-ups for the ninth straight day and at least
21-time push-ups for the twenty-second consecutive day.

It is greatly sunny in Nagoya.
Though it was a little cold in the morning with the lowest temperature of
about seven degrees, it is getting warmer and warmer with plenty of sunlight.
I'm planning to do a 90-minute walking today as part of preparation for the
planned 4-hour walking I mentioned yesterday.
By the way, surprisingly or happily, in some places I can still enjoy cherry blossoms.">

I was also able to keep over 20-time push-ups for the twenty-first successive
day including the most recent eight days of 24-time push-ups.

After a little cold rain yesterday, it is greatly sunny in Nagoya but actually
it is so windy that my bike's front wheel has been moved to the leeward.
I feel it would be pretty warm today if the wind did not blow strongly.
Since the season for cherry blossoms has ended, I will have to start preparing
for a 4-hour walking planned in the next month.
I really hope I can do that without sudden attack of gout.＾＾；；；

It has been eight years and one hundred and twenty-six days in a row since I quit smoking.
I was able to keep 24-time push-ups for the seventh straight day and more than
20-time push-ups for the twentieth consecutive day.

It is sunny in Nagoya in the morning, but actualy, it's getting cloudier and
cloudier, and it looks like it's going to start raining pretty soon.
Weather forecasts say it will rain from around three o'clock to midnight.
I feel just a little cold maybe because the thick clouds are blocking sunlight.
By the way, very surprisingly, one cherry tree in a kidergarten on my way to
the work place is now still in almost full bloom.
This year's cherry trees might be abnormal....because about half of cherry
blossoms still remain on their trees.

Eight years and one hundred and twenty-five days in a row have passed since I
was able to rid myself of a bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep greater than 20-time push-ups for the nineteenth successive
day including the latest six days of 24-time push-ups.

It is greatly sunny in Nagoya today but still I feel a little cold.
There were no clouds in the blue skies in the morning, but actually, I could
not see Mt. Ontake far in the distance in the northwest, which means summer
might be steadily coming nearer and nearer.
In spite of an April day, Nagoya saw a cold morning with the lowest temperature
of as low as 6 degrees, and weather ladies say Nagoya might see another cold
morning the day after tomorrow.....Indeed, this year's spring is cold.
I would like to call this "Reishun" or 冷春 in Chinese characters.＾＾；；；

It is sunny in Nagoya today, but actually I feel it is cold though the
temperature is now over 15 degrees with little wind.
Strangely or happily, some cherry trees are still in almost full bloom
though many cherry blossoms have already begun falling.
Which means, I think, this year's April is cold as a whole.
Actually, still I am not able to do without a winter jacket.
