It has been eight years and one hundredn and twenty-one days in a row
since I decided against smoking.
I was able to keep greater than 20-time push-ups for the fifteenth
successive day including the latest two days of 24-time push-ups.

It is sunny in Nagoya but actually I feel just a little cold.
Very happily, I can STILL enjoy cherry blossoms on my way to the workplace.
I might go somewhere to enjoy a flurry of cherry blossoms in the very
near future unless it is too late for that.
Weather ladies say that tomorrow will be very cold like one of the
typically winter days with the forecasted highest temperature of
as low as 11 degrees in Nagoya, what is worse, with a cold rain.
.....Be careful not to catch a cold.
