I was able to keep no-smoking for eight years and one hundred and
thirty-two days in a row.
I was also able to keep 25-time push-ups for the third straight day
and at least 21-time push-ups for the twenty-sixth consecutive day.

Today again, it is greatly sunny in Nagoya and I feel it's pretty warm.
Just after I got up this morning, I thought I might have caught a cold.
Because I had a little sore throat, a little runny nose and a slight fever.
I took a medicine just in case.
I'm wondering how I can tell the difference between hay fever and a cold.
Anyway, it would be better to nip evil in the bud.
