I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for eight years and
one hundred and twenty-nine days in a row.
I wa able to keep greater than 20-time push-ups for the twenty-third
straight day including the latest ten days of 24-time push-ups.

It was quite cloudy in Nagoya in the morning and while I was riding
my bike, I was caught in a sudden rain on my way to the workplace.
The rain is getting heavier and heavier now, and I've decided not to
do a planned walking.
This might be good timing because honestly I've felt my legs are tired.
