I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for eight years and one
hundred and nineteen days in a row.
I was able to keep over 20-time push-ups for the thirteenth straight day
including the most recent five days of 23-time push-ups.
It is sunny and crisp in Nagoya today.
It is not too hot or too cold with little wind.
And cherry blossoms are now in full bloom.
They are very very beautiful.
Today must be the most typically spirnglike day of the year.
And there have been no signs of the presence of those callous people.
