It has been eight years and one hundred and thirty-seven days in a
row since I kicked smoking.
I was able to keep 25-time push-ups for the eighth straight day and
at least 21-time push-ups for the thirty-first consecutive day.

It was raining early this morning but now it has stopped in Nagoya.
But actually, it is now quite cloudy and it looks like it is going
to start raining soon again.
It would be better to take a folding umbrella today though weather
ladies said it would be sunny or cloudy in Nagoya.
Anyway, I think that the root cause of deadly traffic accidents,
including the one in Higashi Ikebukuro, is the fact that there are
so many callous drivers and others around the drivers who are paying
little attention to the right to life.
