Push-ups ：２４ times
Walking ： ４５ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：２２ minutes


Eight years and one hundred and twenty-five days in a row have passed since I
was able to rid myself of a bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep greater than 20-time push-ups for the nineteenth successive
day including the latest six days of 24-time push-ups.

It is greatly sunny in Nagoya today but still I feel a little cold.
There were no clouds in the blue skies in the morning, but actually, I could
not see Mt. Ontake far in the distance in the northwest, which means summer
might be steadily coming nearer and nearer.
In spite of an April day, Nagoya saw a cold morning with the lowest temperature
of as low as 6 degrees, and weather ladies say Nagoya might see another cold
morning the day after tomorrow.....Indeed, this year's spring is cold.
I would like to call this "Reishun" or 冷春 in Chinese characters.＾＾；；；
