I was able to resume push-ups from 21 times and increase the length
of jogging-on-the-spot to 30 minutes.
It has been raining since last nihgt and I feel it is cold, actually.
The last day of the Heisei Period is about to end and a new era of the
Reiwa Period starts tomorrow.
I really hope the next new ear will also be a period when there are
no wars Japan is involved in just like the Heisei Period.
