Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２４ times
Walking ： ０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：２２ minutes


I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for eight years and
one hundred and twenty-four days in a row.
I was able to keep 24-time push-ups for the fifth straight day and at least
21-time push-ups for the eighteenth consecutive day.

It is sunny in Nagoya today, but actually I feel it is cold though the
temperature is now over 15 degrees with little wind.
Strangely or happily, some cherry trees are still in almost full bloom
though many cherry blossoms have already begun falling.
Which means, I think, this year's April is cold as a whole.
Actually, still I am not able to do without a winter jacket.
