Eight years and one hundred and twenty days in a row have passed since I
broke my bad habit of smoking.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups by one time to 24 times,
and kept at least 19-time push-ups for the fourteenth consecutive day.
It is beautifully sunny in Nagoya and there were no clouds in the blue
skies while I was riding my bike on my way to the workplace in the morning.
I went to the Yamazaki River again yesterday to enjoy cherry blossoms in
full bloom and some petals were already falling.
If time permitted, I would like to go there again to enjoy the falling cherry
blossoms or fresh green leaves.
