I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for nine years and
one hundred and ninety-six days in a row.
I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the one hundred and eightieth
consecutive day including the most recent six days of 23-time push-ups.
It is quite cloudy in Nagoya now and it looks like it is going to strat
raining pretty soon.
I think I am lucky to have been able to avoid rainfall while I was riding
my bike on my way to the workplace in the morning.
I have noticed recently that I would like to make friends with someone
who makes me develop a liking for human beings again.
