I have been able to be a non-smoker for nine years and one hundred and
eighty-seven days in a row.
I was able to keep more than 9-time push-ups for the one hundred and
seventy-first successive day including the most recent eleven days of
22-time push-ups.

It has been raining since last nihgt in Nagoya and I feel it is a little
cold although I had an unpleasant night with high humidity.
I had to stop doing a walking yesterday after I walked for only 10 minutes
because I was caught in a sudden rain.
Weather ladies say Nagoya will not see sunlight tomorrow, too.
I need much more sunlight and I have to look forward to next Monday when
it is predicted to be sunny again.
