I have been able to do without smoking for nine years and one hundred and
seventy-six days in a row.
I was able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for the one hundred and sitieth
successive day including the latest fifty-four days of 21-time push-ups.

It is sunny in Nagoya with the predicted highest temperature of as high as
30 degrees, which may be the hottest in this early summer season.
So, I wore a shirt for summer instead of a shirt for autumn or winter
when I left home for my workplace by bike.
Anyway, this year's rainy season is just around corner in Nagoya.
I really hope that the summer solstice day will be sunny to enjoy the longest
day length to my heart's content.
