I have been able to do without smoking for eight years and two hundred
and eighty-one days in a row.
I was able to keep 23-time push-ups for the fourteenth successive day
and more than 18-time push-ups for the thirtieth straight day.

It is too hot for September in Nagoya and actually I feel I've got dehydrated.
One of the reasons must be that I got diarrhea last night, but the reality
is that the main reason is today's severe scorching heat.
Today's highest temperature is forecasted to be 35 degrees in Nagoya.
Anyway, because of this hot weather, I don't feel like doing anything.
This must be the problem for me.
